This account has no school access
What the no-access screen means and how to get back in.

After sign-in the workspace checks that your sign-in account has an active membership at the school. If it does not, you see This account has no school access with the explanation Access to this school is by invitation only. If you were invited, open the link in your invitation email. Otherwise contact your school office.
No organization yet
School access is organized by organization. If your sign-in account is not a member of any organization, the workspace stops earlier with No school access yet and Ask your school administrator for an invitation, or start a new school. Accepting an invitation adds you to the school's organization; see Accept your invitation. Start a new school creates your own organization; see Start a new school.
If you belong to more than one organization and none is selected, the page says Choose your organization; pick one from the switcher. Organization unavailable means the organization could not be opened; choose Try again, and contact your school office if it persists.
Common causes
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| You signed in with a different email address than the one invited. | Choose Sign out, then sign in with the invited address. |
| You have an invitation but have not accepted it yet. | Open the link in your invitation email. Signing in alone does not create school access. |
| The school revoked your access. | Contact your school office. An administrator can restore access from People. |
| The school just added your access and the page is stale. | Choose Check again. |
